Well, i give u here one of my main recepie...i never give it, thats almost a secret...secret is over now ! Let's go !
You need fresh minth, nana minth is the real one.
One or two tea pot (two is better). For the tea you will need "gunpowder" green tea and only this one.
You need for one 0.75l tea pot, two proportion of tea (2 small spoon or one coffee mesure)
Put some boiled water on the tea during 10 seconds
Cut minth and put it in the tea pot
I use small tea glasses for sugar (75 gr of sugar or 10/12 pieces of sugar)
That time for tea, stop cs and relax !
